We understand, that there may be times when a customer places an order which they then decide they no longer want.
Mamod™ will refund, in full, the cost of your model, as you are entitled to a refund according to the EU Distance Selling Directive, within 14 days of receiving goods. The model must be returned, unopened and unused, in it’s original packaging, within 14 days of it being received. The model must not have been fired.
If you would like to return items for a refund, you should contact Mamod™ LTD as soon as possible as goods will need to be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
The product to be returned must be dispatched within this 14-day period. Once received, an inspection will be conducted by a member of the Mamod™ team. If any parts are missing or damaged, charges will be applied and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The Refund will be issued once we receive and complete an inspection of the goods. When returning an order, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs and insurance of any returns. We advise that you obtain a proof of postage, such as a certificate of posting, which is free at the Post Office. Refunds issued will only cover the value of the products and excludes any original delivery costs at the time of purchase.
Once the 14 day return window has been exceeded, Mamod™ will still accept the return of your model for an exchange or refund. However, there will be a 20% restocking charge, so any refund will only cover 80% of what you originally paid. This is only possible if the product has not been used (fired) and falls within 28 days of the customer receiving the product.

If, on receiving the order, you notice any cosmetic damage to the exterior of the packaging, please take a photo of the box before opened. If, when opened, it is discovered that there is any damage to your Mamod™ Model, take any photos of the shown damage and then CONTACT us. If damage is discovered on the model and it has been used/fired this will void the warranty on our products, otherwise a refund will be fully issued including any delivery costs after an inspection.
